Dispatch and Ordering Policy

 

Goods are variable postage and dispatched via courier. If we are unable to dispatch you order within 1-5 working days we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated despatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order.

Special order items

Special order items are dispatched within 5 working days.

Delivery charge is free on orders over £30 ex vat, all orders below £30 ex vat will be charged at a variable postage rate. (UK mainland) 

Wholesale customers minimum order value is £250.

Delivery outside UK mainland - All deliveries outside the UK mainland will carry a delivery charge, this will be calculated on completed order.
